Refund policy

Return, Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy 

  • Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately. But only if you send us an unboxing video! 
  • All we ask is that you drop us an email along with a photo & unboxing video of the damaged product and we will be happy to send you a new piece.
  • We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene precautions. However, we accept exchanges if you ship the products back to our studio in unused and unopened condition. In this case, you would bear the shipping costs to return the product and also for getting a new one in exchange.
  • Our number one priority is for our customers to be absolutely 100% in LOVE with our bows! So please reach out if you're needing assistance. 
  • GIRLY does NOT accept forced returns and these are non-refundable. 

 

Cancellation Policy

For some reason if you do not wish to proceed with your order, inform us immediately within 2-3 hours of placing an order. In case the order has not gone under production or been dispatched, we will cancel your order and refund the entire amount ONLY IF IT WOULD NOT BE PROCESSED. The amount will be refunded in your bank account within 15 days. No cancellations will be entertained for dispatched orders.
