Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order is placed at GIRLY, it takes 48 hours to dispatch your order, after dispatch 3-5 working days for delivery.

80/- Shipping All Over India on Prepaid Orders
We provide Free shipping on orders above 499/- Only on Prepaid Orders.

 

PLEASE enter your address carefully as we cannot make changes once you have confirmed the order.

GIRLY is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Customers are responsible for packages as soon as they enter the logistics partners system. If there is an issue with your package once it is in Logistics hands, you must contact your courier partners office for help.

Once we hand over to logistics partners it is out of our control and we cannot help you! If your tracking email says your package has been delivered and you can't find it OR your package is delayed, please call your local courier partner whichever is carrying your order and they can help you track it down most of the time.

If the package for some reasons returns back to us, the customer needs to bear the shipping charges again to get it delivered.

 

Order status
You will get order confirmation email when your order is confirmed.
We will notify you via email/sms when it gets shipped.
And you will get your tracking ID on your email/sms after dispatch.
